FLT Form
Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 23, 2026
Information We Process
FLT Form processes information needed to run flight department workflows, including account information, flight request details, passenger information, contact data, aircraft records, approval decisions, scheduling data, and uploaded invoices or operational documents.
How Information Is Used
We use this information to support flight requests, approvals, aircraft scheduling, passenger coordination, operational reporting, invoicing, security monitoring, and system administration.
Department Isolation
FLT Form is designed to separate operational data by flight department. Authorized administrators and super users may manage department-level access, while department users are intended to see only the information for their own flight department according to their role.
Security Measures
The service uses access controls, encrypted storage, HTTPS, protected sessions, and other technical safeguards to help protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and use the service responsibly.
Email and Notifications
FLT Form may send transactional emails such as executive approval requests and operational notices. These messages are sent only for service-related purposes and are not marketing emails.
Retention
Flight department records may be retained for operational continuity, audit history, cost tracking, compliance, and support purposes, subject to the practices of the organization operating FLT Form.
Your Responsibilities
Users should enter only information needed for flight operations, keep credentials secure, and coordinate with their organization regarding any privacy, retention, or disclosure obligations that apply to their department’s records.
Contact
If you have questions about privacy or the handling of your department’s data, contact your flight department administrator or the FLT Form operator for your organization.
